Frequently Asked Questions

Each subscription is a commitment of 12 months. Each subscription will be billed on the 1st day of each month.

In the event that you miss your monthly appointment, we do allow for you “roll over” up to two sessions within the year. 

Each Month, active members will receive their membership code to book their initial monthly appointment, you can book the appointment for your guest using your code via our website.

As long as you’re logged into our website when you make your appointment, your 10% will be automatically calculated.

Yes! Your monthly membership CAN be used for mobile services. The additional service fee will be charged upon arrival of your service provider to your location. The cost of the travel fee varies pending your location at the time your services are provided.
